Terms of Service
Effective 27 August 2026 · Version 1.0
1. The Service
Casient is a software service for finding growth opportunities in authorised Google Search Console data and creating case studies from that data. These Terms form an agreement between you and Rundev Studio, operated by Damian Garcia Garcia. Our identifying information is in the Legal Notice.
2. Accounts and authorised data
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and be legally able to enter this agreement. You may use Casient only for websites, Google Search Console properties and client information that you are authorised to access and use. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content, statements and personal data you add or publish.
3. Google Search Console and public case studies
Casient requests read-only access to the Google Search Console properties you select. You may disconnect it at any time. Published case studies are accessible to anyone who has their public URL until you unpublish them. You control whether client identity is shown and remain responsible for deciding what is published.
4. Casient Verified
“Casient Verified” indicates that the displayed metrics originated from an authorised Google Search Console connection and were locked when published. It does not audit the complete analytics environment, verify your work or client relationship, guarantee results, or establish that any action caused the metrics shown.
5. Plans, payment and cancellation
Plan features, limits and current prices are shown before checkout. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance monthly or annually through Stripe and renew automatically unless cancelled. Taxes may apply depending on your location. You may cancel or change a paid plan through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Downgrading may unpublish case studies or limit features that exceed the new plan’s limits. Fees already paid are not refundable except where required by applicable law.
6. Consumer withdrawal right
If you are a consumer with a statutory right to withdraw, you may exercise it within 14 days of entering the contract by sending an unequivocal statement to [email protected]. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights. If immediate performance of a paid digital service is requested, any separate consent and acknowledgement required by law will be presented during checkout.
7. Acceptable use
Do not access properties without permission, make deceptive or unlawful claims, publish unlawful content or personal data without a lawful basis, interfere with the Service, bypass limits or security controls, or scrape public case studies at a scale that harms the Service. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, third parties or comply with law.
8. Your content and our rights
You retain rights in the content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, display and improve the Service, including displaying content you elect to publish. We retain all rights in Casient and its software, branding and documentation.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us for it in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms by posting a new version and, for material changes, giving reasonable notice. Spanish law governs these Terms, without limiting any mandatory protections that apply where you live. Courts with mandatory jurisdiction under applicable law remain competent. For questions, contact [email protected].
